<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 19, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Approval of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public <br />Services Contract No. 16-62210-008 Closeout Performance Report for project end date June 30, 2017. <br /> <br />____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Commissioner’s office received a letter from the Department of Community, Trade <br />and Economic Development requesting that the County approve the 2017 Public Services Grant Closeout <br />Report for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: HopeSource has completed and reviewed their sections of the report. The Auditor’s <br />office has completed and reviewed the final Closeout report and recommends the Board’s approval. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the CDBG Closeout Performance <br />Report for contract #16-62210-008 for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 original – Department of Community, Trade & Economic Development <br /> 1 copy – Judy Pless, Auditors Office <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: CDBG Closeout Performance Report <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager
