KITTITAS COUNTY <br />TREASURER’S OFFICE <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />Agenda Date: September 19, 2017 <br /> <br />RE: Request to set a Public Hearing on applications for Resale of Tax Title Properties <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received two <br />completed applications for the resale of tax title parcels <br />#142934, 152934, 312934, 231334, 302934, 431334 and <br />421334. <br /> <br />Interaction: The Treasurer has reviewed information related to these <br />parcels. Additionally, the Assessor’s Office and the Public <br />Works Department have been contacted to confirm that <br />they see no reason to retain these parcels as County <br />property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: The Treasurer would like to recommend that the <br />Commissioners approve these sales and set a Public <br />Hearing for this purpose. <br /> <br />Handling: 1 copy - Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 copy - Treasurer’s Office <br /> <br />Attachments: Applications for Resale of Tax Title Property <br /> <br />Lead Staff: Brett Wachsmith, Kittitas County Treasurer <br /> <br />
