Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />9/5/2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request Boards signature on a Professional service agreement with MG Wagner roofing. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Bowling alley located at 830 Popular Street which is owned by the County is in need of a new roof in <br />order to make the building water tight. <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners directed staff to obtain bids to reroof the structure to make it water <br />tight. <br /> <br />The Maintenance department has received bids and the lowest responsive bidder was MG Wagner Roofing. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Prosecutors office and Human Resources/Risk Manager. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />At this time we recommend the Board sign the Professional service agreement with MG Wagner to reroof <br />the structure at 830 Popular St. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Return a signed copy to Maintenance <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Patti Johnson <br />
