Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 5, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the State of Washington DSHS DD Agreement. (Effective dates: 07/01/2017-06/30/2018) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The State of Washington DSHS DD Agreement provides a maximum program agreement <br />amount of $820,341.00. The agreement allows the county to provide services and allows staff to <br />administer DD services within the county as noted in the agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 8, 2017. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 11, 2017. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the State of Washington DSHS DD Agreement.
