BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />I1.1141sll xerill <br />I� <br />RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE BID FOR FENCING AT BOWERS FIELD AND AT <br />THE INTERSECTION OF WILSON CREEK ROAD AND RADER ROAD AND <br />AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS: Bids were solicited in accordance with RCW 39.04.155 Small Works Roster <br />Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Bids were received via e-mail on July 6, 2017 at I0:00am in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Department and one (1) bid was received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Ellensburg <br />Fence Co. be accepted for a price of $52,404.00; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for fencing at Bowers Field and at the <br />Intersection of Wilson Creek Road and Rader Road, upon such terms and conditions as specified <br />in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is authorized to sign the <br />contract documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said <br />bidder(s). <br />DATED this 18th day of July, 2017, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Paul Jewell, Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner <br />
