Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />June 5, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Resolution to approve the Public Health <br />Administrator’s signature on the Interagency Agreement between Central Washington University <br />and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective date: June 10, 2017) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Interagency Agreement between Central Washington University and KCPHD is established <br />so that the health department can provide a baby changing station and volunteers at the Central <br />University graduation ceremonies to provide a private area for nursing mothers, babies/small <br />children in need of a diaper/clothing change, or parents who need a quiet space with their child. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 24, 2017. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on May 31, 2017. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Resolution to approve the Public Health <br />Administrator’s signature on the Interagency Agreement between Central Washington University <br />and Kittitas County Public Health.
