BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017- <br />A Resolution Consenting to Sublease <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, and Central Washington University (CWU) entered into a Lease <br />on March 10,1992; and <br />WHEREAS, That lease requires the prior written consent of the County before CWU can <br />sublet the subject property; and <br />WHEREAS, Central washington university desires to lease a portion of the property it <br />acquired in that agreement to the Department of Natural Resources; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas county finds such lease to be in the public interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County hereby consents to the lease <br />contemplated and described in Exhibit "A" that is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />ADOPTED this 2017. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Paul Jewell, Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner
