_______Chamber PSA Amendment Page 1 AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE This Contract amendment, dated __________________, 2017 is made and entered into by and between KITTITAS COUNTY (“County”), a subdivision of the State of Washington, and Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce (“Contractor”)(collectively “the parties”). WHEREAS, the parties executed a professional services agreement for tourism related work on January 1, 2017; and WHEREAS, section 12‐“Modification”, of the General Conditions, provides that the agreement may be amended in writing; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the scope of work (Exhibit “A”) to provide for a digital survey tool for events. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, the County and the Contractor mutually agree to amend Exhibit “A”‐Scope of Work‐to provide that the contractor shall purchase I‐pads to develop a digital survey tool and work with event presenters to conduct the surveys and present the data to the County, and the event presenters, on a regular basis. The cost for the I‐pad purchases shall not exceed $3,000 and that all other provisions of the January 1, 2017 professional services agreement remain in full force and effect.
