KITTITAS COUNTY <br />TREASURERS OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 18, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge Treasurer’s Report to support the List of Refunds made to <br />taxpayers during the years 2015 and 2016. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Per the requirements of RCW 84.69.020 the County Treasurer shall <br />report to the County Legislative authority a list of all refunds made <br />during the previous year. <br />INTERACTION: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Sign the attached Acknowledgement of Receipt of the List of Refunds. <br />Per the requirements of RCW 84.69.020 this list includes the name of <br />the person receiving the refund, the amount of the refund and the <br />reason for the refund. <br />HANDLING: 1 – Original – Clerk of the Board <br />1 – Original – Treasurer’s Office <br />ATTACHMENTS: Acknowledgment of Receipt <br />List of Refunds Made to Taxpayers during the years of 2015 and 2016. <br />LEAD STAFF: Brett Wachsmith - Treasurer
