Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 18, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ approves and signs the PSA between Wise and KCPHD. <br />(Effective dates: January 1, 2017-June 30, 2017) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Wise and KC to allow Wise and/or third party consultant to provide training <br />and technical assistance to employment providers and community members, including families, <br />employers, DD Advisory Committee members, school personnel, and/or other interested parties. <br />Technical assistance training is for employment providers on job development, job coaching, <br />present information on the benefits of supported employment to local groups and businesses, and <br />transitioning clients from a group supported setting to individual employment in Kittitas County. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on April 5, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on April 5, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ approves and signs the PSA between Wise and KCPHD. <br />(Effective dates: January 1, 2017-June 30, 2017) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
