To respond, please update your service <br />request on CAMAS using the link below. <br />Request #38072 - Interlocal Agreement with City of Ellensburg (re Use of Reed <br />Park) <br />Initial request: <br />Attached is an interlocal agreement drafted by the city of Ellensburg regarding the county's use <br />of Reed Park (the park on Craig's Hill above the Event Center). Reed Park was donated by the <br />County to the City. The County retained rights to the property during events at the Event Center. <br />This interlocal agreement lays out the term for the county exercising its rights. <br />Latest update: <br />Neil Caulkins 3/23/2017 4:36:47 PM <br />Resolution: <br />This seems basically fine. The second "Whereas" should read "more fully stated." I assume <br />that, even though we're charging an admission for our event, because it's in the City limits, <br />Ellensburg gets the admission tax, not the County.
