KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: April 4, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Amendment <br />to the Fee Schedule for Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to Charge an Optional Fee for <br />Lamination of Concealed Pistol Licenses. <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Resolution is to add to the Sheriff s Office fee <br />schedule a fee of $1.00 for the optional lamination of Concealed Pistol Licenses <br />processed by the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office as a convenience to those who desire <br />that service. This fee schedule was originally set by Resolution 2004-02. All proceeds of <br />this fee will be deposited into the General Fund, tracked separately via coding, and <br />earmarked exclusively for the account of the Sheriff. <br />INTERACTION: This resolution was reviewed and approved as to form by the Kittitas <br />County Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Amendment <br />to the Fee Schedule for Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to Charge an Optional Fee for <br />Lamination of Concealed Pistol Licenses. <br />HANDLING: Please return one copy of the completed Resolution to KCSO for our <br />records. <br />LEAD STAFF: KCSO Chief Financial Manager Heather Seibert <br />
