AMENDMENT TO <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />This Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement dated January 23, 2017 is made by and <br />between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and City of Roslyn, Washington <br />(hereinafter "City"). <br />Pursuant to Section 15 of the Interlocal Agreement, which allows for modification on the <br />agreement based on the mutual consent of the parties in writing, and considering that the <br />City requires billings to be sent directly to it, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the County and the City to <br />amend the Interlocal Agreement (attached hereto as Attachment "A") dated <br />January , 2017 as follows: <br />1) The portion of the first sentence of the third paragraph of Page 5 of the <br />Interlocal Agreement which reads "The County shall transmit billings to the <br />Chief of Police of the City..." is hereby deleted and replaced. with "The County <br />shall transmit billings to the City of Roslyn...." <br />2) All other terms and conditions of the aforementioned Interlocal Agreement shall <br />remain the same. <br />Interlocal Agreement Amendment <br />Page 1 <br />
