KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, April 4, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Agreement for Purchase of Water <br />between Vantage Water System and Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Vantage Water System and Kittitas <br />County. Vantage Water System shall provide water to Kittitas County in accordance <br />with the terms of this agreement. Kittitas County acknowledges that this agreement <br />services the entire parcel located at 240 Boat Ramp Road, Vantage. Kittitas County <br />certifies that the service requested will be in the form of a 5/8” metered service utilized <br />for commercial purposes, specifically cleaning boats and other similar purposes for the <br />Marine Unit of KCSO, maximum of 300 gallons per day. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Agreement for Purchase of Water <br />between Vantage Water System and Kittitas County. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Clayton Myers, Undersheriff
