Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 4, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement CH-001 <br />between Kittitas Valley Healthcare and Kittitas County Public Health Department. (Effective <br />dates: Date of execution-1 year from date of execution) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department <br />(KCPHD) and Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH) allows the health department to send clients to <br />KVH for screening x-rays. This agreement includes a set fee for these services that was recently <br />updated to $59.86 for adults (single view) and $71.14 for children (two view). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved document on March 13, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved document on March 15, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement CH-001 <br />between Kittitas Valley Healthcare and Kittitas County Public Health Department.
