KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Amendment to Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and FCI Custom Cars is to update and continue <br />the agreement until December 31, 2017 and extend the agreement for additional one year <br />terms upon mutual agreement of both parties in writing. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return two sets of signed originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s <br />Office, so we can send them to the vendor for signatures; they will keep one completely <br />executed original copy and send one back to the County. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
