RESOLUTION NO. 2017-05
A RESOLUTION of the Board of Commissioners of the Snoqualmie
Pass Utility District, King and Kittitas Counties, Washington
authorizing and directing the Kittitas County Auditor to cancel a
Warrant previously approved by the District.
WHEREAS, the District Board of Commissioners previously approved a voucher in
the amount of $71.73 for a payment to King County, King County Solid Waste Division,
and the Kittitas County Auditor, the treasurer for the District, issued a warrant (Warrant
#571312399) ("Warrant") on the District's behalf in furtherance of such approved voucher
described as follows; and

WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to pay King County for such voucher, and
therefore the District desires that the Kittitas County Auditor cancel the Warrant; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Snoqualmie Pass Utility
District, King and Kittitas Counties, that the Kittitas County Auditor is authorized and
directed to cancel the Warrant.
ADOPTED by the Board of Commissioners of Snoqualmie Pass Utility District,
King and Kittitas Counties, Washington, this 10th day of April, 2017.
