RESOLUTION 12-09
A RESOLUTION CANCELING AND REISSUING A WARRANT TO THE STATE
OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS Warrant#701254767, dated 10/12/2012, in the amount of
$1335.34, payable to the State of Washington, was not received by
the State of Washington and
WHEREAS Warrant#701254767, dated 10/12/2012, in the amount of
$1335.34, payable to the State of Washington, has been lost or
stolen and
WHEREAS It is in the best interest of Kittitas County Water District #7 to cancel
this warrant and reissue it
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the commissioners of Kittitas County
Water District#7 request that the Kittitas County Auditor cancel
Warrant#701254767, dated 10/12/2012, in the amount of
$1335.34, payable to the State of Washington, and reissue a
replacement warrant.
PASSED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF Kittitas County Water District#7
at its regular meeting held December 12, 2012.
