A resolution to cancel Warrant issued in Error
WHEREAS the.board of Fire Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire Protection District 6 has
come to know that warrant 401260806, issued on 3--29-13 in the amount of$23.58 has been
issued in error,and,
WHEREAS the warrant number 401260806 was issued to Michelle L Hansen in the amount of
$23.58, and the warrant needs to be cancelled as,the warrant was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Eire Commissioners of R ittitas
County Fire Protection District 6 that the warrant number 401.260806 payable to Michelle L.
Hansen in the amount of$23.58 be cancelled and the proper accounts credited,
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF KITTITAS COUNTY FIRE
