SUBJECT: CANCEL OUTSTANDING WARRANT
WHEREAS, Kittitas County warrant #361253182 was issued for $229.50 on
September 14, 2012 to Sacred Heart Medical Center — Trauma
Services for EMS repairs, and

WHEREAS, Sacred Heart Medical Center returned the warrant It
County Fire District #2 after a phone call stating that the check
should be made payable to a different division of Sacred heart
Medical Center, and now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Fire Commissioners, Kittitas
County Fire District 2, by virtue of this resolution hereby declares
Warrant #361253182 cancelled.
Adopted this 8th day of November 2012, at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board
of Commissioners.
