This call for sealed bids is for the furnishing of Liquid Asphalt Materials for Calendar Year 2026. Bids are due by February 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at Kittitas County Department of Public Works, 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA on February 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
