<br /> Statement of Work <br /> <br /> <br />September 29, 2026 - Version 4.0 Microsoft Purview Data Security Strategy Page 1 <br />1 PROJECT DETAILS <br />This Statement of Work (this "SOW"), dated as of the date last signed below (“Effective Date”), is between Trace3, LLC, a <br />California limited liability company ("Trace3"), and the entity named "Kittitas County" below ("Client" and together with <br />Trace3, the “Parties”). <br />Summary: This SOW is issued pursuant to and governed by the agreement listed as “Master Agreement” below (the <br />"Master Agreement"). Pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement and this SOW, Client desires Trace3 to provide <br />information technology consulting services (the "Services"), hardware, and/or software products (the "Products" and <br />together with the Services, the "Deliverables") to Client as described in this SOW (the "Project").
