43. Regarding the shared boundary between the Applicant and the Chimpanzee Sanctuary <br />Northwest, there shall be, within that open space, a 200' buffer from the property line shared <br />between the Applicant and Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest. There shall be no <br />development of any kind within this open space buffer area, including any trails. All <br />recreational activities will be required to be passive and non -motorized.
