09/28/2026 MINUTES 2 <br />Commissioner Leichleiter moved to approve and ratify the Chairs <br />signature on a letter to the City of Kittitas Administrator <br />terminating an ILA between the County and the City of Kittitas for <br />Court, Public Defense, Probation, and Prosecution Services, as <br />presented. Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of September 28, 2026, they <br />would post the following on their Facebook page: Notice that the <br />Burn Ban is lifting at noon on 9/30/2026 and congratulations to the <br />winner of the annual City vs. County Softball game. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year.
