<br />Page 43 of 44 <br /> <br />Attachment G: NEPA Process and Documentation Certification <br /> <br />Subrecipient shall timely provide at a minimum a project description, designs, proposed work plans, <br />CAD/GIS data, and any other requested materials to the WSBO retained NEPA and Historic Preservation <br />Services Contractor, EA Engineering. The Subgrantee must obtain any required permits and must adhere <br />to any applicable statutory deadlines as described in 42 U.S.C. 4336a(g). <br />EA Engineering shall be responsible for completing and documenting the NEPA and Historic Preservation <br />Services (Section 106) processes for each BEAD project area. The subgrantee must work with EA <br />Engineering to create a NEPA milestone schedule, which identifies estimated timelines and describes <br />how the Subgrantee proposes to meet these timing requirements including, as required, the completion of <br />consultations, the completion of NEPA and Section 106 reviews, and the submission of Environmental <br />Assessments (EAs) or Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) if needed. Subrecipients shall work with <br />EA Engineering to ensure these processes are completed as required prior to any ground disturbance on <br />each project area. <br />The Subgrantee will not commence implementation, and funds will not be disbursed until any necessary <br />environmental review is complete and NTIA has approved any necessary decision document, except for <br />the limited permissible activities identified in BEAD General Terms and Conditions Section 13.E. <br />Subrecipient Certification of NEPA and Historic Preservation Services documentation: <br />The subrecipient certifies that they will provide required documentation and ensure it is accurate and <br />complete to their knowledge. <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Brett Wachsmith, Kittitas County Commissioner District 3 <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />DATE <br />
