Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION CANDI RAMSEY COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve a Certificate of Recognition to <br />Candi Ramsey for her public service to the citizens of Kittitas County
