KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Easton School District (hereinafter <br />"Contractor"). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: 1/10th funding to Easton School district to contract with a <br />licensed mental health care provider to provide mental health services to the students in Easton School District. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from July Vt, 2026, through June 30th, 2027, unless the Agreement <br />is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY CONTRACTOR <br />205 West 5th Ave, Suite 108 1893 Railroad Street <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 Easton.
