KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />PHMH26-022 <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Elmview (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: To provide a coordinated and comprehensive state and local <br />program of services for persons with developmental disabilities in accordance with Revised Code of Washington <br />chapter 71A.14. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1st, 2026, through June 30, 2027, unless the Agreement is <br />terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY <br />Kittitas County Public Health <br />507 N.
