These circuits include <br />a block heater circuit to maintain the system at an operable temperature and a louver control <br />circuit to automatically engage the louver upon fire pump activation. This solution came from <br />the RFI response to RFI# 141 which came in an email form Tom on 4/9. <br />Total cost added to contract: <br />Time extension required: 0 days <br />Sincerely, <br />Riley Eres, <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction <br />$6,007.73 + WSST <br />
