The gas detector was not called out on the mechanical equipment <br />schedules and not shown on any of the electrical drawings. For a document trail please refer to <br />RFI's 114, 117, 129, and 140. Due to the numerous vague RFI responses and facility needs the <br />detector was then installed by Titan electrical on a T&M basis.
