BOX 926 / 103 EAST 4T" AVE, SUITE 209 <br />ELLENSBURG, WA98926 <br />509-925-9747 FAX: 509-962-3031 <br />brandon@belsmith.com <br />Per the description below, we present the following change order proposal #67 (COP#67). <br />COP #67 includes all labor and equipment required to install the necessary grinder piers. <br />Per Patti's request, this proposal also includes all labor and materials required to form, pour, <br />and strip four (4) piers measuring 24 inches in diameter by 18 inches in height. <br />This pricing assumes that the final engineered design is consistent with standard grinder pier <br />details and does not include extraordinary reinforcement, embedments, specialty materials, or <br />atypical installation requirements.
