Request Board's approval for the Maintenance Director to sign Contract with PUD for the <br />installation of electrical service for the Search and Rescue Project: Patti informed the Board <br />PUD required a contract and payment upfront for installation. The contract is currently being <br />reviewed by Legal. Vice -Chair Wachsmith moved to approve the Maintenance Director to sign <br />contract with PUD, Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />Jail Project Updates: Cody informed the Board a new door had been removed from the Jail due <br />to the manufacturer installing different hardware than what was called for. Belsaas & Smith <br />were already working on taking the door back to the manufacturer to be refabricated; Cody <br />expected the door to be back by the end of the week. <br />Request Board's approval for Chair's signature on a Change Order with Belsaas & Smith <br />to install new grinder pumps in Jail: Cody informed the Board that after engineers reviewed <br />the Jail's kitchen drain pumps, it was strongly suggested two grinder pumps be installed. Vice - <br />Chair Wachsmith moved to approve Chair's signature on the change order, Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded.
