BOX 926 / 103 EAST 4TH AVE, SUITE 209 <br />ELLENSBURG, WA 98926 <br />509-925-9747 FAX: 509-962-3031 <br />brandon@belsmith.com <br />Per the description below, we present the following change order proposal #66 (COP#66). <br />COP 66 includes all labor and equipment required to install the VFD cable associated with the <br />relocation of the VFD. <br />Originally, the VFD was installed at the exhaust fan location. However, due to explosion -proof <br />and NEMA rating requirements at the exhaust fan location, the VFD was not permitted to <br />remain installed there.The new mechanical room location eliminates the need for explosion - <br />proof and specific NEMA ratings. However, because of the increased distance from the exhaust <br />fan, installation of a properly rated VFD cable is required. <br />Please refer to the attached pages for a detailed breakdown of the associated costs. <br />Total cost added to contract: <br />Time extension required: 0 days <br />Sincerely, <br />Riley Eres, <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction <br />$2,614.39 + WSST <br />
