BOX 926 / 103 EAST 4T" AVE, SUITE 209 <br />ELLENSBURG, WA 98926 <br />509-925-9747 FAX: 509-962-3031 <br />brandon@belsmith.com <br />Per the description below, we present the following change order proposal #34A (COP#34A). <br />COP #34A includes all the labor and materials to add additional footings and plinths in 13 <br />locations for the wind columns on the north and south walls of the transfer station building. <br />This work included addition footings, rebar, anchor bolts, and concrete plinths to match the <br />height of the exterior curb/wall.
