Joshua Fredrickson further noted that a land lease with <br />Central Washington University still needed to be finalized and would <br />be brought forward through a public hearing before closing. <br />Vice -Chairman Laura Osiadacz motioned to approve Resolution 2026-140 <br />authorizing Chair signature on the Bills of Sale when the documents <br />are finalized.
