ATTACHMENT,,A,, <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following activities <br />o Social Worker (District Truancy Liaison): The social worker also serves as the district's truancy liaison, <br />coordinating with families, courts, and community agencies. <br />o Behavior Specialist at Kittitas Elementary and Secondary School:This position will provide data-informed <br />intervention, crisis prevention, progress monitoring, and coordination with counseling and community <br />partners. <br />o Employee Assistance Program: The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, short-term <br />counseling and support services to employees and their eligible family members at no cost. The program <br />is designed to help individuals address personal or work-related challenges that may impact well-being, <br />performance, or relationships. <br />. Comprehensive Health Care Services <br />o Anti-bullyingand anti-discrimination consultation services <br />o Contract with a licensed mental health care provider to provide mental health services for the students in <br />Kittitas School District as described in the Kittitas School District proposal. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/t4/25l, <br />Page 3 of 21
