Assessment: Getting Ready for a Job! <br />For your team to support you with your job goal, they need to learn more about you. This can happen in so many <br />ways. Knowing more about you and who you are is key to success! <br />lnformation will be gathered about you to get to a goal using multiple sources, such as a Job Foundation report, <br />job shadowing, or knowing more about your learning style. Your job coach will collect information about your <br />strengths, skills, and supports needed for success on the job.
