The ,'Aug 31 , 2026" tab shall be submitted on August 31 , 2026, or upon execution of the Contract, whichever is later. ii. The "March 31, 2027" tab shall be submitted on March 31 , 2027 . iii. The ,,sept 30,2027" tab shall be submitted on september 30, 2027, or at the conclusion of the Contractor's program, whichever is sooner' (c) lf the above dates fall on a State-recognized holiday or weekend, Contractor may submit Exhibit D on the nearest workday prior to the due date' Monitoring. a. The Department of social and Health Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is required to maintain a contract administration system which ensures that Contractors perform in accordance w1h the terms, conditions, and specifications of their Contracts. DVR manages and monitors its contracts through conducted risk assessments and monitoring plans. Authority-to conduct such reviews is provideJ by Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 34 CFR 80.36' OFM SAAM Policy 16.20.5-5, DSHS Administrative Policies No. 1 3' 1 1 and 19'50'30' b. progress Meetings: DVR School-to-Work Transition Program Manager shallwork with Contractors to pian meetings-which allow discussion of program progress and support methods to ensure Students are receiving adequate services to ob.-tain employment. ln addition, Contractor may invite DVR partners to attend locai County-initiated service provider meetings. DVR partners may include tocat bVR Counselors, supervisors, and School-to-Work staff. Subcontractors. a.
