Equipment and Supplies <br />o Transportation support to access treatment, court, and recovery service <br />o One time stabilization for housing/utility tied to treatment engagement and recovery. <br />o Recovery basic needs <br />. May include hygiene, clothing, one-time prepaid cell, assistance with accessing personal <br />cluculrrents. <br />o Temporary pet placement to remove barriers to treatment <br />o Contractor will refer to their approved proposal documents submitted through the funding request <br />process for additional scope of work detail. <br />.
