5. System access and data sharing collaboration: <br />A. There will be no direct system access provided to Kittitas County Jail. <br />B. Personal Health lnformation will be shared confidentially and only directly through phone <br />connection. PHI will not be transmitted between Facility and CC via email, fax or text. <br />6. Confidentiality: <br />A. Both Crisis Connections and Kittitas County Jail will adhere to strict confidentiality protocols <br />and regulations to protect the privacy of callers and maintain the confidentiality of their <br />information, in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR. lnformation shared between the two <br />organizations will be used solely for the purpose of providing continuity of care between the <br />Facility Provider, CC, and participating outpatient providers. <br />7. Term and Termination of Memorandum of Understanding: <br />A. This MOU will remain in effect until one or both parties request termination. <br />B.
