v. Fixed Fee: The Fixed Fee for performance completed under this task shall be Twenty <br />Thousand Six Hundred Six Dollars and Twenty Five Cents ($20,606.25). Should there be <br />a change in the scope of work under this AGREEMENT; the fixed fee shall be negotiated <br />with ariappropriate adjustment for change in the scope of work. Additional fixed fees, as <br />"pprou"d' <br />as a portion of Supplemental Engineering Agreements,.shall be in addition to <br />the above agreed upon amount. FAA participation in those costs is condittoned on their <br />approval of the increased costs <br />b. Total estimate for Construction Phase, including fixed fee, for the work under this <br />AGREEMENT shall not exceed One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty <br />One Dollars and One Cent ($194,421.01). This maximum amount is subject to adjustment in <br />the event of any approvecl increases in scope of service as approved hy the Cl IFNT and the <br />FM and documented by approved Authorization for Additional Services. <br />3. Total Project Fees. Total fees as outlined above are Two Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Four <br />Hundred f ighty Dollars ($228,160.00).
