BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KTTTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - \LV <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON J-U-B ENGINEERING TASK ORDER <br />2026-0I FOR THE BOWERS F'IELD HANGAR TAXILANE CONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: J-U-B Engineers is currently the service provider to Publio Works for projeots at <br />Bowers Field selected from County procurement process in2023; and <br />WHEREAS: J-U-B Engineering has submitted Task Order No. 2026-01 for the Hangar <br />Taxilane Construction Project in the amount of $228,160'00; and <br />WHEREAS: Funding for Task Order 2026-01 is through Federal Aviation Administration <br />grant with a 5 percent County match. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on J-U-B <br />Engineering Task Order No. 2026-01 for the Hangar Taxilane Construction <br />Project. <br />DATED on of July, 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />cory Chairman <br />Attest: <br />n Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Vice-Chairman <br />ANCFNT <br />{peputy crerk orthe Board- ilS$"[#U"r <br />Commissioner
