ATTACHMENT "8" <br />coM PENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL <br />CoNTRACTOR SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT ",E"). <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment "A", and within <br />thirty (30) days of receiving Contractor's itemized invoice, the County shall pay Contractor the following amount(s) <br />plus any applicable taxes as detailed in Contractor's invoice: An annual flat fee of 584,000, payable in monthly <br />installments of 57,000.00. The monthly retainer will cover all services outlined in this proposal as well as all <br />expenses related to Contractor work for the County, including travel. <br />Unless otherwise provided herein, Contractor shall be solely responsible for Contractor's travel and <br />related expenses. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5lLal25) <br />Page 5 of 20
