Cultural Resource Seruices are not covered in our scope. <br />g. Hazardous Materials Abatement, Removal, Handling, Disposal, etc. are not expected onsite and are therefore Excluded <br />10. Watering & Dust Control are lncluded for Selland's scope of work and duration only. No OT Dust Control or beyond our work. <br />11. Erosion Control lnspections, Reporting, Monitoring & Maintenance are Excluded. Stormwater Permit by others. <br />12. Dust control has been provided while we are actively working the site. No permanent or sustained dust control or mitigation has been included. <br />13. Any scope of work not specifically included as a line item in this proposal is excluded. <br />14. Actual quantities installed shall be tracked/measured and the basis of payment at the unit prices included in this proposal unless otherwise agreed. <br />15.
