OF ECOLOGY PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. AQOBC-2026-KiCPHD-00010 between <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department and Washington State Department <br />of Ecology effective February 1, 2025, until June 30, 2027. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WA STATE - WISE PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Approve the Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department <br />and Washington State - WISE effective April 1, 2026, until June 30, <br />2026, in the amount of 10,000.00. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:11 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Patti Stacey, Facilities Director; <br />Cody Cupp, Facilities Maintenance Director and Zack DeHaven, Budget & <br />Finance Director (c) To consider the minimum price at which real estate <br />will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, <br />final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a <br />meeting open to the public. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:21 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
