FUND AVAILABILITY <br /> All funding awards are contingent upon the receipt of funds from local sources under which the award is issued.The City <br /> assumes no liability to the awardee, its contractors, its agents or further obligations to the awardee in the event <br /> anticipated program funds are retracted or otherwise unavailable for their intended purposes. <br /> 10.
