BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF'KITTITAS <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE SOLID WASTE DIRECTOR TO SIGN <br />AGREEMENT NO. SWMLSWFA-2025-KICOSW-00239 WITH DEPARTMENT <br />OF' NCOI,OGY VIA IIOCTISIGN <br />WHEREAS: A Kittitas County Solid Waste in working with the Washinglon State <br />Department of Ecology Local Solid Waste Financial Assistance program has developed <br />AgreementNo. SWMLSWFA-2025-K|CoSW-00239 a copy of which is adhered to; and <br />WHEREAS: The Washington State Department of Ecology required all grant <br />agreements to be signed through DocuSign going forward; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Ecology is covering costs for agreements to be sent and <br />signed via DocuSign; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners authorize the Solid Waste Director to sign the named Agreement with the <br />Department of Ecology via DocuSign, and to likewise sign any future amendments to the <br />Agreement not involving the expenditure of additional County Funds. <br />5f <br />ADOPTED this <br />ATTEST: <br />dayorPill,2025. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ght, <br />Brett Commissioner <br />L) <br />(lnntUu <br />of
