Meeting called to order at 1:04 PM <br /> 2. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes: <br /> Tabled due to lack of quorum <br /> 4. Scoring Discussion <br /> Emma Madland led a discussion on the applicants. Without a quorum, no action was taken.The <br /> present committee members discussed what the agencies have done well previously, changes <br /> they would like to see, pros to continued funding, and cons to continued funding. Emma will <br /> distribute notes to absent members and action will be taken in July. <br /> 5. Strategic Planning <br /> Tabled—will continue in July <br /> 6. Other Business: <br /> Member Removal <br /> The present board members discussed attendance issues and the process is for removing a <br /> member who is not attending meetings or communicating to have absences excused. <br /> 7.
