KITTITAS COUNTY AMEN DM ENT #4 TO: <br />Grant Award #HH-2021 -001 - <br />HopeSource-ClP <br />(Teanaway Court/Cte Etum Buitd) <br />This Fourth Amendment to Grant Award #HH-2O21-001-Hopesource-ClP ("Fourth Amendment") is <br />entered into this 21st day of Aprit 2026 between Kittitas County ("County") and HopeSource, a <br />Wash ington nonprofit corporation ("HopeSource" or "Contractor"). <br />A. HopeSource and the County are parties to that certain Grant Award #HH-2O21-OO1- <br />HopeSource-ClP for Capital,lmprovement Project (Cte Etum Buitd)with an effective date of Juty 15, <br />2021 (known as either the "Professional Services Agreement" or "lnitial Grant Agreement") as <br />amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Contract HH-2O21-001-HopeSource-ClP dated <br />November 21, 2023 ("First Amendment"), that certain Amendment No. 2 to the Professional <br />Service Agreement dated November 5,2024 ("Second Amendment") and that certain Amendment <br />No. 3 to the Professionat Services Agreement dated June 5, 2025 ("Third Amendment"). The lnitiat <br />Grant Agreement as amended by the First Amendment, Second Amendment and Third Amendment <br />shal,t be known as the "Amended Grant Agr ," and the Amended Grant Agreement as further <br />amended by this Fourth Amendment shatt hereafter mean the "Grant Agreement." <br />B. HopeSource and the County desire to amend the Amended Grant Agreement to <br />amend the Project Description, ctarify the use restrictions the County witt impose on the Project <br />and make certain other modifications al[ as more futty set below. <br />C. Capitatized terms not otherwise def ined herein shatt have the meaning set forth in the <br />Amended Grant Agreement. <br />Based on the above facts and in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set <br />forth betow, the parties agree to the fotlowing: <br />1. HopeSource's "Hometess and Affordabte Housing Funds 2021 Notice of Funds Avaitabte <br />Apptication Form" ("Grant Application") attached as Exhibit A to the lnitiat Grant Agreement <br />is hereby amended to incorporate the "Updated Project ProposaI Narrative" submitted by <br />HopeSource to the County on February 18,2026, attached hereto as Exhibit A. To the extent <br />that the terms of the Updated Project ProposaI Narrative conftict with the terms in the <br />original, Grant Apptication, the terms of the Updated Project ProposaI Narrative shat[ controt. <br />2. The Project has been named "Teanaway Court."Any previous references to "Cle Elum Buitd" <br />shat[ mean "Teanaway Court." <br />3.
