Our desire is to focus on <br />the most critical projects and to see them to completion as quickly as is reasonably <br />possible. <br /> <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />Recently, IT staff, across all divisions, has recognized that we: <br />• Are actively working on 50 projects <br />• Are blocked from working on 34 projects due to resource constraints, budget <br />constraints, or dependencies. <br />• Have 31 projects that are planned or scheduled as near-term initiatives. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Mr. Kinney, in coordination with each division, has determined that the following <br />projects are the highest priority: <br />Network/Systems <br />• Core switch rotation* <br />• M365 enhanced security and phishing resistant MFA* <br />• Server Migrations <br />• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)* <br />Applications <br />• Public website replacement <br />• CAMAS feature replacement <br />• Laserfiche migration to new servers <br />• Application service account refresh
